Our IAM Training Bootcamp

The training program is structured into three distinct phases.

In Phase 1, participants will embark on a guided test project. While extensive development experience isn't a prerequisite, there will be specific development milestones to achieve, such as deploying various components to assemble a prototype IAM platform. Depending on one's prior knowledge and proficiency, they can either dive directly into the project or receive preliminary lessons to gear up. Throughout the project, participants are encouraged to engage in research, initiate discussions, and collaborate with team members. At its conclusion, an evaluation will gauge participants' performance on the test project. Based on the assessment, we will determine whether to progress to the subsequent phase or conclude the training. This phase typically spans a few weeks to a month.

Phase 2 is the pivotal stage where participants delve deeply into key areas like IAM foundational principles, best practices for vendor products, real-world industry use cases, development techniques, and cloud integration, among others. Here, multiple projects, inspired by genuine industry applications, will further solidify participants' capabilities and expertise in IAM engineering. Collaboration remains a cornerstone, with group discussions and shared learning experiences. This phase can extend from several months to half a year, culminating in a robust grasp of core IAM competencies.

In Phase 3, while the refinement of IAM expertise continues, the focus shifts to job placement. We will assist participants in refining their resumes, optimizing their LinkedIn profiles, and crafting compelling market-facing materials. Additionally, mock interviews will offer actionable feedback for improvement, paving the way for real client interviews. This iterative process continues until a job contract is secured. The duration of this phase varies, influenced by both individual readiness and market dynamics.
